Description of Service
Atlas is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help users organize information and improve productivity. Atlas may assist with: Managing tasks Creating reminders Scheduling events Organizing notes Tracking projects Providing summaries Answering questions Other productivity-related services Atlas uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to respond to user requests.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Atlas. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate information. Keep your account information current. Use Atlas only for lawful purposes. Not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service. Not use Atlas to transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
SMS Messaging
By opting into Atlas SMS services, you consent to receive conversational text messages related to your use of Atlas. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying: STOP For assistance, reply: HELP Atlas does not send unsolicited marketing messages.
AI Limitations
Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses: May occasionally contain errors Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice Should be independently verified before making important decisions You are responsible for any decisions you make based on Atlas's responses.
User Content
You retain ownership of the information you submit to Atlas. By using the service, you grant Atlas permission to process your information solely for the purpose of providing requested services.
Intellectual Property
Atlas, including its software, branding, logos, interfaces, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Availability
We strive to keep Atlas available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas AI Assistant and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas AI Assistant, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Atlas at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using Atlas at any time.

Your use of Atlas is also governed by the Atlas Privacy Policy.
